Ewa Deelman is a Research Team Leader of the Science Automation Technologies group in the Advanced Systems Division at ISI and a Research Associate Professor in the Dept of Computer Science at University of Southern California. Her main area of research is scientific workflow management in distributed systems. As part of this work she is leading the design and development of the Pegasus software that maps complex application workflows onto distributed resources.
